Late sending in pip application was created by Jot
Please can anyone help me as to where I stand if my pip application has been received late and they have subsequently refused me - am I able to apply again?....am I only allowed to apply again after a certain amount of time?....if I am allowed will what happened be viewed negatively with my new application?....... thankyou

You can make a new claim for PIP immediately, it will be considered from scratch so new PIP2, etc.
