DVLA was created by Milton Erickson
Hi, Can the WCA contact the DVLA about a driver's health issues. By that i mean to verify a condition that the DVLA has information about.

I doubt that Data Protection would allow it but I am also not sure what value there would be, the DVLA do not hold detailed medical information and the reasons that someone would be unable to drive would not necessarily have any relevance to their meeting the PIP criteria.

It's not really anything to do with the benefit, it's all about inter-agency data sharing and the need to only share data that is legally required to be shared.
