Hello Gordon,

see this thread:

www.rightsnet.org.uk/forums/viewthread/13816/#When:11:17:36Z

I am in ESA(CB/IR) S.G and I expect my next WCA in one and half years.

I want to know as much as I can about TP (or the lack thereof) so that I am forewarned before being migrated to UC.

I can already forsee more than one scenario on the horizon that might mean I would have no option but to make a UC claim.

Can you comment on all this please and possibly provide one or more information link(s) so that I can make myself as prepared as I possibly can

I can't really provide much information at the moment, there is UC legislation due to be put into law in January next year that will change the situation significantly but it is still subject to change and potential delay.

To put it another way: what payment portions are presently found to be missing/whitheld when current legacy ESA claimants are forced onto UC?

Universal Credit has no Premiums, so if you are receiving the Enhanced Disability Premium because you also receive DLA HRC or PIP Enhanced Daily Living or the Severe Disability Premium then you will lose these.
