Hello, I have just received the esa3(IBR) form to complete, I am on con based ESA and full DLA care and mobility,, i have never received any disability premiums on top of my weekly payments ,. my wife is in full time employment, however i have seen on the GOV web site that i qualify for premiums for being on DLA.. Is this correct? any advice welcome please
