Hi, I filled in my wife's esa renewal form, which took 2 whole days of writing. I sent it off recorded delivery 10/12/18, it still has not been signed for yet 13/12/18. I have just called Royal Mail & they can't tell me where the form is as it does not get tracked all through it's journey.
If the form is late because of Royal Mail where do we stand?
