im a disabled male, 46 yrs old i have been diagnosed with
PTSD.severe anxiety and depressive dissorder with panic attacks
sciatic pain both legs,,carpal tunnel both hands. haemophelia, ETD.HPB.IBS and im here for help with benefits decisions/medicals etc..

hi david, ive had the same... assessor playing down my mobility, saying i walked with help more than 50 metres and less than 200.. this is the length of 5 buses end to end... my assesment centre isnt even that length at all !! so they lied.. i was just wanting it all finished and couldnt handle it anymore with the stress and anxiety. and was afraid if i complained they would take everything off me so i just shut my mouth and accepted what i got, ( enhanced care and standard mobility) most days im bed bound altogether!! then when my back is actually not as bad ( loaded with painkillers and muscle relaxants etc.. my mental health ( anxiety, depressive disorder and panic attacks) make it horrible for me to go outside, in fear and in panic and really anxious, to be around people. so i rrely actually go out the house at all.

do u know that asesors are given a £50 bonus for everyone they get taken off there benefits??

DO THE DWP AWARD YOU POINTS ON WHAT THE ASSESSOR SAYS UNDER THE VARIOUS QUESTIONS ON WHAT YOU CAN DO AND CANT DO OR DO THEY FORM THEIR OWN OPINION FROM THE EVIDENCE YOU HAVE SENT THEM.

Please don't post in capitals, it makes it very difficult to read.
The assessor makes a recommendation on the points to award but the Decision Maker has the final say.
