Looking for some advice please for my friend. She is currently on lower rate care and higher rate mobility. She got her pip assessment before Christmas, and medical report through today. The repost is full of contradictions, and the care component has not been awarded (only 6 points recommended) Needless to say a mandatory reconsideration will be going through, as the report is contradictory, and the descriptors chosen do not reflect the discussion in the face to face meeting, nor the opening statement on the medical report.
Can someone please advise if she will keep her existing dla payment whilst going through the appeal process?
