Hi I have been waiting 15months for this Appeal.I need to know exactly how to prove Mobility. i have hospital letters Incontinence. Doctor has recorded medication and awaiting referral. Also Reg 28. 35 mentioned Really stressed and feel helpless against these people. I had back surgery 2016 (failed) Have repeatedly sent all hospital letters to confirm chronic neuropathy .
The criteria for Mobility and Continence are clearly defined so you need to explain why you meet these criteria, this is down to you explaining why you have a problem in the first place, what conditions prevent you from walking or self-propelling a wheelchair as an example for Moving Around and then providing evidence if you can to show that those problems are as severe as you have stated.
Regulations 29 and 35 are a little more complicated but there is a good explanation of the requirements in the ESA Claims due to mental health guide.
