Renewal of ESA since winning Tribunal

Hi
I am being reassessed for ESA since winning a Tribunal in 2013. My assessment is overdue. My situation has not only remained the same but unfortunately I am worse. My questions are :

I contacted my GP practice and asked if my GP could provide a letter of support in the form of a summary of my condition and then sent me my medical summary of all my visits blood tests etc.. Not what I asked for or expected to receive. Is there an official term for getting a support letter from my GP? (obviously I will be contacting them again)
Secondly since I won my appeal at Tribunal in 2013 will that have any bearing on my current claim?
Lastly is there anything that has changed significantly since 2013 that I should know about regarding my current application.
Feeling so anxious, and teary realising how time is passing me by I am still unwell and still having to do this.
Any advice appreciated.

There's no official term for the letter/report that you want, it would be best if you sat down with your GP and explain what it is that you want from them, that way they can ask you any questions that they have about what you want and more importantly what problems you have with the ESA activities.

Realistically your appeal success in 2013 is too long ago for it to have any bearing on your reassessment now. Treat the form as if you are making a new claim for ESA.

There were changes to the ESA Descriptors in 2013 and there have been several updates to the DWP guidance since then so use the latest ESA Claim guides to help you complete the form.
