pip renewal form 1043 was created by pomaus
I have just been sent the new version of pip renewal form that asks
tell us if something has changed
tell us how you manage this activity now
tell us about any changes to the help you need.

I am really confused by this.
If the answer to the first point is No changes,
Do i then need to fill in how you manage this activity now? or can i simply write. It is the same as before??
And for tell us about changes to help. Should i simply write no changes?

This is very confusing, especially the part (tell us how you manage this activity now) it is very unclear and i am fearful of not giving the right information, or even giving to much information that will result in another assessment .

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated

Thank you Gordon.

I have read the guide, but I am still so unsure what to do for the best.

This whole situation has confused and distressed me so much. My award is not due to run out for another 12 months, however, I was aware that the DWP could send you these forms 12 months in advance.
What has confused me even more though, it was only in december when I received a letter from the dwp telling me that my award had been reviewed by the dwp as one of the 1.6 million people who were reassessed and my award had been upgraded to enhanced mobility due to psychological distress.
Then 2 weeks later, I get another letter for this renewal form. Talk about a kick in the guts.
I am now just so frightened and really dont know how to go about filling in this form .
Especially the parts which ask "tell us how you manage this activity now" I dont know whether to write that nothing has changed and it is the same as before, or whether I should be writing and repeating everything that I wrote in my initial pip claim.
I know this form was "supposed" to be a streamline process and I am worried about annoying the assessor with information overload and repeated information from original claim form .

Dont know what to do

Our advice is to provide details of how you are affect now, if you don't include this information then you are reliant on the those assessing you referring back to your previous forms, they are supposed to do this but there are lots of things that they are supposed to do.
