I have finally recieved my tribunal date at a 10 month wait. Feb 15th. I'm happy it's finally come but my an anxiety which is already bad is worsened now. I have no idea what to expect I've not been to one in over a decade. Could i some help and support on what expect any tips would be greatly appreciatedl

In case you are not aware, your real name appears to be showing in the forum, if you want to change this then follow the instructions in the following FAQ

My full name is showing, how can I stop it?

There will be three members of the panel, a Judge or solicitor, a doctor and a layperson with experience of disability issues.

The questions will mostly come from the doctor.

They will be asking about how and why you meet the criteria for an award of PIP so make sure you understand the Descriptors that you are hoping to meet.
