presenting evidence at the tribunal was created by fastmoggy
At the tribunal can I, as the representative, ask the panel if the appeal could be heard in a particular order, ie arguments for mobility then daily living or do they have a set procedure of how the questioning goes. For us it would be most helpful being able to follow a set program than a random Q&A as from past experiences we both know how very stressful and daunting these can be.
Although this will be our 4th tribunal in 9 years we still suffer from the stress and nervousness of having to go through it.
The help and information available here has been invaluable so just to say a big thankyou for the help/advice to the moderators and team behind B&W.

You can certainly ask but they will conduct the hearing in their own manner but I would be surprised if they do not separate their questions about the Daily Living component and the Mobility one.

well it would make sense as long as we know in advance of the hearing so the papers of evidence are in the correct order so we don't keep them waiting.

The papers for your appeal will have been numbered by the Tribunal Service before they were sent to you.
