Linking rule and tribunal

Hi all,

I have just come back from my tribunal for ESA and they upheld my appeal with 18 points. Yippee.

I have just worked for 12 weeks but could not continue because my depression & anxiety started again, also m the job i was doing came to an end due to lack of work.

My question is; Can i just reclaim under the 104 week rule or will my claim not be allowed even though my appeal was approved?

Can anyone enlighten me please?

I've just been scanning through a document that someone provided a link for elsewhere on the site. It's principally concerning transition arrangements but does have some info re: the linking rules you seem to be referrin to on p14 (see 11.1 - 11.3)
