I am 63 and after many years it is now deemed that I have an exempt condition.That is for IB and I wonder what my position is re ESA.Prior to the election I believe it was said that if you were close to retirement you wouldn't be asked to transfer to ESA , but would remain under IB conditions.Can anyone confirm that is still the situation.

The latest statements are still saying that IB claimants who reach retirement age before the end of the planned migration in 2014 will be exempt.
