sorry all another question....are any of the parts of ESA means tested? only asking as am sure i read somewhere the other night that one part is? might have been too much tramadol ? :P

Income Related ESA is means tested, however, there can be deductions from Contribution Based ESA for pensions in excess of £85/week.
