ESA and deterioation in health?

ESA and deterioation in health? was created by Jox
I cant find anyforms relating to this but my health has deteriorated since my last medical in may which failed and currently appealing, is it possible to report this change and have the claim looked at again?

You will need to write to the DWP office which handled your ESA claim, and explain that your medical condition has now deteriorated, and you wish to be reassessed.

This will in all probabilities lead to another work capability assessment, commencing with the issue of an ESA50 to assess the extent of your health deterioration.
