Contributions Based ESA

I got the letter informing me that the 12 month limit may becoem law, i didn't think i was in receipt of ESA Cont, are they sending out to all ESA claimants?

Hi Ranald, they shouldn't be!

And there's them boasting that they're saving money by not sending the letter out to people in the support group!

You would think the DWP's IT department could easily arrange their computer system to make a simple check, from the substantial information it possesses for each claimant, that the letter is actually necessary.

Insurance companies don't send out renewal reminder letters to customers without confirming that their policy is due for renewal!!!

According to Chris Grayling they did!

Which means, I bet, that some people who should have got one didn't!
