Just an update for every1. I appealed my esa wrag with no medical decision on 13/10/11. I have mental health problems, bipolar/borderline & physical me/cfs. today 19/10/11 i recieved a letter from DWP dated 17/10/11 stating that they have looked again & not changed their origional decision & that the appeal will now b sent 2 an independent appeal tribunal 2 look at & they will write 2 me shortly.
So i guess i'll wait for my bundle of papers 2 arrive next & get some advice from cab maybe & then decide wheather im gonna procead with the tribunal or withdraw it & accept the decision.
I may go back & c my gp & ask if he will support me in an appeal but im not hopefull as i went 2 c him b4 filling in the esa50 just so we were on the same page & when i got copy of esa113 report he filled in he was very vague, not speciafic at all & only filled in the first page & ignored the second. I mean how do i approach him now & state that if he had written more on the 113 i maybe wouldnt b in this position without getting his back up? i feel as tho im in a catch 22 situation.
anyway hope this maybe answers some questions others r in deciding what happens & what 2 do about appealing.

MOD Edit - Martin, if possible can you please refrain from using 'text speak' when typing forum posts.. It causes severe problems for mods and forum users who use screen readers as they cannot read/interpret 'text speak'.
