Hi jayneyB

I have replied to you earlier post & given a link to guides specially written by B&W.

I hope they are of help, but you are welcome to post any general questions about benefits we deal with, the guides & how to use the site.

Kind regards

Michael

well brown letter arrived friday, scored 0 points, didnt even get intouch with my doctor, i havent made my mind up to appeal against it, as they said in the letter, i would have to go on reduced money, until i have had my appeal, my husband and myself dont think we could live off reduced money, so i will have to put a new claim in after christmas. :(

Hi J,

If you don't appeal, you will have to sign on to obtain JSA.

JSA is the same rate as Assessment Rate ESA which you would receive if you appealed.

If you do neither, then your benefit may stop, and there would also be implications with your NI credits.
