appeal submitted but they have removed from HELP !

Help please, turned in a GL24 they recived it checked trac & trace, i called up as heard nothing, said send in GP fit note will get her benefit ESA assessment phase re instated while appeal, got the fit note from GP handed in at JCP who would forwarded, got a copy from them signed and stamped, in the post came her P45. IB stopped, called them today said she is not now on system. I said i put on GL24 required the assessment phase of ESA as i said while appealing, they say someone will call me back, can you help with some advice here please its urgent.

If a "fit for work" decision has been made the IB payments would stop.

It is normal to receive a P45.

You need written confirmation that your appeal is being processed, and that they indeed have your "fit note".

You should then start receiving assessment rate ESA.

Well i know they got it verbally as told by them last week, am waiting for them to call back today, she didnt tell me if i didnt hear who to contact, I took the fit note to the JCP as they mail it off via email or whatever, if they still maintain they have not got her on system and dont send conformation, what do i do then ? as i have copies of it all.
