Hi Everyone, I sent a letter to the DWP, asking them to reconsider, my situation, as my health has deteriated since my tribunal. I was placed in the WRAG, and have now asked them to reconsider, and hopefully be placed in the SG. I sent all the info by registered post on 12th Dec 2011, and ive not heard anything as yet. Has anyone had this experince ? or does anyone know how long it takes roughly, to get an answer of acknowledgement at least ? Any answers greatly appreciated.

It is hard to say how long the reconsideration may take, it could depend on a number of issues, e.g. whether the DWP DM has requested further medical evidence from your G.P., as in sending your G.P. an ESA113 Medical Questionnaire to fill in and return.
