Hi WD,
1. On the decision letter you will be given a date from which your payments will cease. On average this is around a fortnight after, depending on your pay cycle.
2. Once you have submitted an appeal, within the 1 month deadline from the date of the decision letter, and submitted a fit note/sick note obtained from your G.P. to cover you from the date of disallowance of ESA, you should receive payment of Assessment Rate of ESA, once the paperwork has been processed.
3.Nothing, however it will be backdated, to the date of the non allowance once processed as above at 2.
