TOPIC: ESA85

ESA85 6 years 10 months ago #83567

After months of trying I finally managed to get the DWP to send me a copy of my medical report form from my IB to ESA assessment in Sept '11. The main reason for this was to see when I need to mentally prepare for the next time. However it does not mention the length of the award so I'm confused. At the end it says 'I am advising Support Group 1 due to severe functional disablement in the limbs. Symptoms for several years now with no signs of improvement'Anyone in the same boat? :S

It's unusual for an ESA85 not to include a prognosis, I would take it as a postitive sign that they will not be assessing in the short term, see

How often will I be reviewed

Try looking at front square on med form, maybe that will provide more info.
All seems to be what and where they wish to put any salient points across.
However your words at the end perhaps indicate a good time length b4 next merry go round.
I am hoping for similiar words to be put on my med form after my apeal.
Good luck
