Hi,
Just recieved this form esa3 today as I can not get past security questions when trying to phone esa grrrr infuriating ..
I am still on assessment of esa 13 months and awaiting my tribunal next month
I have bad cognitive days when I can not talk and days when writing is soooo hard..so trying to talk to esa dwp is made near impossible by this new system..sorry for rant so is this form going to be used at the tribunal or is this form a carry on from my last form over 13 months ago..all they sent with this is to notify changes of non dependents? I never had dependants for over 4 years??? so dont understand why they are asking me to change and I can not talk to them over phone because I can not get by security questions ..confused .com

The ESA3 is the form to find out about your financial circumstances and see whether you will be entitled to income related ESA when your contributary benefit ends.

I an already on ir esa for last 4 weeks and also now get sdp as i get dla after winning that fight

In that case, I have no idea why you have been sent an ESA3!

oh dear! are these forms got to filled in by a certain period as I see it is dated 20/9/12 and its took until tday to arrive. I am best to fillit just in case ..as They regular stop my esa anys as they ofetn say they have not recieved my sickness note ..
