Sounds like the panel did not think that ATOS made sufficient effort to contact your relative.

Hi Members and moderators,

I want to thank you all again for all the encouragement and assistance you have given. This site is really amazing.

Following my last post I want to inform you that DWP has changed its decision for my Aunt from zero mobility award and zero care component to highest mobility and highest care indefinet. She is thrilled as this includes £8000 back pay because of the 14 month delay.

This site is transforming peoples quality of life and thank you for all your help
