Whilst getting my evidence together fror this appeal I have requested a 'written statement of reasons' from the DWP and yet after 3 phonecalls and one letter sent I have still not received a reply. How can I make a case for the appeal without these reasons and how do I get the DWP to send me them?
Thanks, Kerry
Hi K,
It is highly likely that there is no Statement of Reasons.
See Gordon's post below on a similar query :

Further to the above, see my post also in the same topic, on potentially available ESA documents, and how to request them :

As Gordon states, you should not miss your one month deadline to appeal, if any requested Docs have not arrived.
You can always add to your appeal, once it has been submitted.
