If you remain in the WRAG then your ESA(CB) payments will cease after the 365 days have elapsed.
If you are also eligible for Income Related ESA and can meet the associated means test of family income, assets and savings, and hours that a partner works, then your payments will continue. See
Asset rule for ESA(IR)
24 hour work rule for ESA(IR)
If you are not eligible for ESA(IR) then your ESA claim is closed but you will continue to receive NI Credits which count towards a full State Pension and providing you continue to have Limited Capability for Work, should your condition worsen, then you can ask to be re-assessed for the Support Group.
If at any time you are placed in the Support Group, either before your ESA(CB) expires or afterwards, then your ESA(CB) will be restarted.
If you have any further questions, please reply to this post.

If you were on IB (solely) then you will have been transferred to Contribution Based ESA (solely).
If you were on IB with an Income Support top-up then you will have been transferred to ESA(CB) with an Income Related ESA top-up.
In either case, while you remain in the WRAG any ESA(CB) payments will stop after 365 days, if you are already receiving an ESA(IR) top-up then your payments will continue, but only as ESA(IR).
If you are not currently receiving ESA(IR) you will need to check your eligibility as previously posted.
