I was just in the process of doing the same.

The post contains real names and private and personal information.

I have kept a copy and paste of the post.

Firstly, the OP needs to change their username if it is their real name :

My full name is showing, how can I stop it?

I also note that you have re-posted your original post with a few amendments.

Do you have a query ? if so please feel free to post it. However, I do not see any relevance to posting a copy of your letter of complaint to The DWP, which contains so much personal information, that viewers of the forum may still be able to identify you.
