Hi,

Don't forget, even if you previously had a WRAG or SG award of ESA, which is not clear from your posts, and this was a reassessment, you could not assume that the ATOS HCP, was aware of this.

Therefore an important aspect of any reassessment is not to assume that they have, and reiterate any evidence that you have previously provided.

You should also provide updated information, and go into detail of how and why you "still" qualify for ESA in the applicable group.

You should also make it clear that you have not been able to adapt to any limitations suffered, and give information regarding any deterioration in your condition and any resulting increase in the limitations suffered due to this.

In other words, it is not enough to assume that they will take it that you still qualify, and things have not changed.
