This would result in 10 points, not the 12 need for the Enhanced rate.

As a general rule, Decision Makers tend to assign statements made first as being more accurate than those made later, so, and this assumes that your comment at the assessment was recorded, your form will be taken as having more authority than what you said at the assessment, and both of these will be prioritised over any statement you now make in regard to an MR.

This does not mean that you cannot establish a reason now why they have not interpreted your form correctly, but you will have to work harder now, so you will need to investigate this area of your PIP form to see whether you have properly explained your limitations in the context of doing them "reliably".

Even if you originally used our PIP Claim guide, I would recommend returning to it to see if you can better explain your limitations in walking.

I contacted DWP today and after going through a couple of security questions I asked for a Mandatory Reconsideration
All he said was someone will contact me in the next five days so for the next five days I will be trawling B & W with a fine tooth comb so I can explain in the right manner.
