Can you request 'SAR for "All" documentation used in coming to The SG decision' if you are in the support group, but have not had a medical?

With thanks.

Hi handm,

Yes you can !!

All the documentation will still have been generated, the only difference being that it would be an ESA85A if no face to face "medical" took place, and an ESA85 if one did !

This seems really thorough advice - thanks. Do you know, please, if there is any evidence that requesting SAR, or even making a phone call asking which SG descriptors were applied, might have any damaging effects at the next reassessment?

In case you did not realise it, you have replied to a post from over 30 months ago.

No, making these requests will not have any impact on a future assessment.
