Thanks Gordon. Silly me I wrote on pip form telling them date o ESA assessment and so wouldn't be available that day for pip appt. Forgot to tell you a family member has offered to go to pip appt with me as appt is not far from where they live, every possibility advocate won't be available that day anyway. Its still just about appts been so close together, have got agoraphobia and social phobia as well as anxiety and depression by the way and still worried it all just gonna be too full on! Still as Alison has just said, they will see me at my worst!!??!! Will decide on the day I think! Again as always a big big thanks :(

Well managed to drag myself to ESA assessment this morn. Horrendous!! Back hiding in the usual place now. Waiting room was quite small (claustrophobic) with only one other person in it, but I was shaking from head to toe. Then the announcement came that assessment could be another hour yet. Advocate went mad. I hid in loo for a while which luckily was next door to waiting room. Couldnt decide whether to stay or go home. Waited till other person went in for their assessment and came out of loo so was in empty waiting room then till mine came up. In terrible back pain with the sitting, kept standing and sitting, standing and sitting. When eventually got in assessment room was in a real state. Think assessor was trying their best to be nice to me, probably really nice person but I just could not look up from the floor at them. Can't remember most of it, only snippets, but think I have done very badly indeed! Just too stressed and in too much pain. Do remember they kept saying not to worry it nearly over now, we got lots of evidence now. Think I could have been in there about 40 50 mins?? None of that take 25 pence away from a pound business and no physical exam of any kind at all. At times thought they were trying to lead me but in a beneficial way, but other times the exact opposite trying to 'trip me up'. I think I have probably agreed I can do far better than I can simply because I just wanted to get out of there and get back home to where I feel safe. Probs agreed I can scale mount Everest in the worst weather possible and run a marathon after! Joking apart I am just so worn out. Was told it could be 4 to six weeks before I hear anything! Bu..ar!!
