Not sure if this helps any but I also get very stressed by it all and it helps to try and think for it as if it's for someone else, a friend perhaps, and remember it's all a bit of a farce at times the assessment process. The appeals are there to help if it doesn't go smoothly and give you a fair chance.

Thanx maggie68, OB, not been back long. Assessment was on time, in there about 25 mins, much easier than ESA one, still stressful tho. Should hear 4 to 6 weeks. As with ESA one am about to start noting down how it went. Was def asked trick questions and not encouraged to answer fully on things like needing prompting to eat, cook etc. Is hard to stay focused when just so stressed out and worn out! Was asked if I filled form out myself, wonder what baring that puts on things? Too tired to write any more. Might post later on in my pip thread! Toodles!!

well done for getting through 2 assessment in one week ,least it all done now ,, ide try and relax a nit now and try not to stress to much until you recieve your outcome ,, if it doesnt go your way then put in for a MR soon as ,ule have plenty of time to prepare yourself for appeal if it gets to that ,,so give urself a few stress free weeks of not having esa and pip on your mind , wait for the brown envelopes to arrive and then if no joy take it all the way ,uve got this far so well done to you !!
