Mrs H, thanks for the woohoo! That really made me chuckle :) . I have asked for copy of assessment report just to clarify why I was put in support group, got a feeling it was under reg 35. Spent most of yesterday in panicked state cos I think they thought I was asking for a reconsideration. Why would I do that? Do u have any idea what would happen if they did that, could they decide to look at it again and take support group decision away from me? Sorry if that sounds paranoid but I just do not trust them one bit.

Thanks Sarahjane for ur post :)

A reconsideration can only be done if there is an opportunity for you to receive a better award, as you are in the SG then this cannot happen.

Oh thank you for your reply Gordon. That's great to know and has stopped me panicking :)

Received copy of my assessment report this morn, that was quick I only requested it on Fri. (Still waiting for PIP assessment report, phoned and sent letter but nothing yet apart from silly letter saying they sorry decision is taking so long). Well I am happy with the ESA report, assessor has shown that they listened to me. I really can't complain at all. Got a few minor details a bit wrong but on the whole I am happy with it, although I still can't make out how I scored points. Still not sure if got in under reg 35 or met the social engagement discriptor for the support group. Anyway not arguing!!

Thanks for your best wishes Amanda, how are you getting on with the ESA form filling, or have you posted it off yet?

Thank you Maggie68 for the congrats. Been reading how you now got urself stuck in London. I do hope that you manage to get home ok. Also hope you are able to cope with the PIP appeal ok and you manage to win, win, win!!

All the best everyone lots o love PP :)

Hello, can I just ask a few q's please? On my esa85 under social history, assessor has stated evidence used was from esa50 etc etc, and also FRR4 and POI D1. Could someone kindly let me know what FRR4 and POI D1 is? Also under number 39 LCW OR LCW and LCWRA information, I was found to meet the criteria for both. Then there is a paragraph briefly talking about my mental state. Then underneath that is a short sentence which says 'there is a severe disability likely with socialising due to anxiety and depression'. Could this mean I have met the descriptor for support group for coping with social situations? There is no mention of regulation 35 anywhere in the report, so the only other thing I think it could be is this. I am asking so I can be sure, as I feel this could help with my pip appeal for which I was scored nil pts at assessment. Thanx!
