That letter just has a Post Handling address on it. I have sent an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with my NI number with this request do you think that will be adequate? I have had a response by telephone from this email address before.

If you are able to take phone calls then you could just ring and ask for the report.

So I have had my first rejection letter from DWP they have rejected my Taxi expenses instead they will pay for mileage as my Taxi wasn't authorised by a Health Professional.

I have emailed ATOS asking what the appeals procedure is for Taxi Expenses and what I need to do, any experience of this anyone?
