Gordon I have done this today my GP refused and said he doesn’t have time he can do a factual report which states I (me) am telling him my condition from 2015 hasn’t changed and that is him referring to my letter from mental health team stating I’m agorophobic can’t deal with strangers don’t go out alone etc etc the dwp are not going to listen to a letter that is two years old I don’t know what else I can do now

GP already requested home visit they ignored it by saying I am not agoraphobic coz I went to a hospital appt I didn’t attend alone and it was a surgical procedure so it couldn’t be done at home I have narrowing of the spinal cord and need acdf triple fusion surgery due to ruptured and herniated discs and stenosis of the spine not to mention PTSD agoraphobia depression and anxiety

She has recently been diagnosed with cervical spine degenerative changes with stenosis and she is suffering from very bad neck pain. She is awaiting treatment at ??????
She has expressed due to her mental health problem she is not able to to attend medical assessment at centre. Due to her pain she can not sit in a taxi for more than ten minutes at a time
I would be happy if you look at her medical conditions again and offer assessment at her home

I would be happy if you look at her mitigating circumstances and offer assessment at her home

The first letter was done in August and has taken this long for them to make a decision and due to this letter they are paying for a taxi as they say I am not agoraphobic coz I attended Hospital appt as since this letter was done I have had cervical epidural done last Thursday the 16/11 and the original appt came through for that day at which I contacted them and said I was unable to attend due to a Hospital appt and also was still awaiting a decision for home visit which they have since refused I have today asked for a copy of the referral to surgeon letter showing I need spinal surgery failing that what else Can I do
