confused pip review

HI I sent gp letter recorded delivery to dwp and one to atos.Atos phoned today and have received their letter from my husbands gp saying it would be a risk to his health to attend face to face,however because the letter i sent dwp is not on the system yet they cannot use the letter they received as evidence until dwp put it on system.A woman from atos said as my husbands appt is on tues 12th unless dwp put letter on system by mon 11th my husband will have to attend and she said the letter will probably make no difference anyway.The woman went on to say if he doesnt attend they will send his review back to dwp and his money will be stopped,they tried to say we cancelled first appt on dec 5th but it was them .I have a recording of this phone conversation I have phoned dwp and letter has been received yesterday but is with packing still and not on system what do i do if letter does not emerge before monday and why do i get told so much conflicting info by atos.Also woman said if gp letter arrives after monday it will be toolate to use for this review,IM STILL CONFUSED

Hi Gordon i have but although they have it in front of them they say until the dwp put the letter i sent them on the system the one they have cannot be used and if the letter i sent dwp [an exact copy] is not on system by monday my husband must go to ftof .M Y GPIS AWAY ALL WEEK.Dont know what to believe.

Essentially what they[atos] are saying is if my husband does not attend on tuesday,he will not be eligible for paper review and the gp letter will not be taken into consideration

Ok youmean send gp letter to atos assessment centre i presume
