Thanks Gordon, I thinking of a face to face, simply because I can't work out how unreasonable they've been, and therefore how good my case is. Which is very important to know when trying to decide if I'm appealing or just submitting a fresh claim instead.
My philosophy was 2 reasons were better than one, but maybe it diluted my main argument. If you got that impression, then maybe they did, as well.
But I'd have thought the doctor's letter was pretty hard to ignore, even so.
But I was thinking along those lines, though, and for MR, if I submit one, I was going to use a different tack and ignore the '90 minutes thing' and focus entirely on my needs and the support letter.
