You mentioned in one reply on the forum that dual recording devices

cost around £60 approx.

I have had a look online including ebay and cannot find anything below £300.

Could you kindly point me in the right direction as I feel this saga won't go away

with Capita in the future.

Regards

You do not need to use a dual recording device, two cheap cassette recorders can be used.

Have a look at the following

Assuming my appeal papers are in order

how long does it take for the acknowledgment letter from the Tribunal Service?

Thanks

PS They received my form on 3rd May by first class registered.

If I go by taxi - is it guaranteed I will get help with when attending tribunal?

7-10 days.

If you have special needs for the hearing then contact the venue in advance of the hearing.

As suggested here I attended a tribunal late last year to feel what it was like.

I have a feeling the doctor in particular will remember me as one of her questions to the claimant was had she been to a tribunal before or I could just be paranoid.

Is it a good or bad thing I have done with visiting as the impression I got was not many people attended as members of the public?

It may not be the same panel.

Providing your attending was not at odds with your limitations then it will not be an issue.
