As you have received the Review Form they should be using your previous PIP2 and the information attached and the assessment report that was used for your current award.

update
Just received an appointment for medical assessment next week
very very stressed
I know it happens to most people - but I still don't understand why when there is no change to how I am, and it is based on previous pip award and current evidence, they still don't believe me

Is there any variability to your limitations? If there is then this may explain the need for face to face.

its MH, Gordon, so yes, there is always variability
I am going to go back through the Pip guide from here,
and try to make some notes
although even if I take notes with me, my stress will probably prevent me being able to read them
it just feels like everything you say or do is interpreted in some other way

it is living on a knife edge

I am following your thread with interest. I am in a similar boat. My PIP review has come through and I have a variable mental health condition. I am absolutely ill over the whole thing. The last one, two years ago, saw me in hospital after an attempt on my life.....but I can't even tell them about that because I went into hospital on the 12th October 2016.....they made their decision on the 13th,,,,so they only want evidence from the 13th! I am struggling so badly right now. I knw this isn't a mental health site so I won't go on.....but I am seriously feeling suicidal over it. I can't face it again, the anxiety, the fear, the worry. The assessmrnt process made me so ill. I don't know how they can do this. I am supposed to be meeting with someone from welfare rights advice next week but I can't lay bare the most horrid aspects of my illness in front of a stranger.
The blooming awful thing is that my GP or CPN won't write a supporting leter. They just say that the DWP will have to get intouch with them. I do have medical notes but there isn't a huge amount of info on them.
