Forgive me but we have already covered this.
There are no guarantees about your having to or not having to attend a F2F. Reporting a change will make it more likely that one will be required but that does not mean that one will be booked and saying no change does not mean that you will avoid one, lots f members who ticked no change have had to attend an assessment.

Hi Gordon,
With managing treatments and monitoring conditions, I've not previously written about this descriptor. I've since under treatment with the CFS team and have had sessions regarding pacing, energy management etc and I have problems inplimenting them. Would this warrant potentially being able to score points. I'm seeing the nurse also to discuss this but just wondered if you thought it was worth going into this or not?

For you to score for this you need to be doing the treatment at home and you will need written evidence that the treatment is required to prevent your conditions from deteriorating. I think you will struggle to show that pacing or energy management meet the requirements to be considered a treatment, I would label them as more lifestyle management.

Hi Gordon,
I've got a problem with my medical evidence and while it supports me in many ways it also comprimises my case I feel and although it was not his intention to do this and I know he meant well.
He did say he would ammend it but there are so many errors that I fear he won't be that happy as he was stressed about it and time limited. I am annoyed as I had an appointment with him to discuss and left him some bullet points and for example I need assistance for preparing food and I was very clear and he has put that but he's also mentioning prompting twice.
I paid a private welfare officer to look over my additional sheets about each descriptor but it is by the hour and she said she likes to look over the medical evidence but it is going to cost me an arm and a leg the amount of errors.
I'm not sure whether to abandon sending the letter but that letter that is incorrect would still be held there. I have put him down as my HP on the form and said that I will be forwarding evidence from him. If i don't send it they may well contact him and then he may write the wrong things and comprimise my claim.
I really don't know what to do it is a right mess

As a general rule, bad evidence is worse than no evidence but only you can decide whether to send this information or not.
It's actually quite unlikely that the assessor will get in touch with any of the medical contacts you have told them about.
