Well just checked my money and they have now stopped £100 out of my money every month from now on , I will be now struggling and dont know how to fight them anymore they wont listen to me and dont have a clue what to say to make them listen i dont think they care at all if they make people struggle.

Yes but they want more info i have sent everything but they are saying it does not count how can they say since your last meetuing you have got better and we are now stopping £100 a month out of your money cant understand it.

I suffer from COPD and get out of breath very easy i cant walk as i really get out of breath pretty much everything i get out of breath with . A charity is now helping me with a nebuliser to help with breathing My carer has to cook as i cant stand up for more than 2 minutes , When i have a wash i get out of breath so she helps me to get washed. Also she helps to clothed me as i really struggle Sorry not very good at putting things down i think they know that.

So you need to explain why your COPD causes you to have these restrictions and how they manifest themselves but be aware that the DWP will consider the use of aids so, so as an example; they will say that there is no reason for you to stand while preparing and cooking a meal, you can use a perching stool to sit down.

You need to be able to complete each activity reliably and on the majority of days so it is not just a question of saying I can't do this at all unless of course, this is the case.
