Ron, I'm sorry to read what is happening/happened over your recent date mix up :(

Have you got your local Mp involved?
Dwp/Appeals are causing you untold STRESS!

Do take care, all the best.

No not yet-- well not on this anyhow. I will just await the outcome on this and see where we go from here.

Obviuosdly therte could be an issue of an appeal to the Upper Tribunal due to events that took place. Generally it is a matter of discretion whether to adjourn or postpone but given the circumstances I do feel in this instance the decision is manifestly unreasonable.

I felt demoralised and dejected yesterday -- part of the illness I am afraid.

Anyhow I will continue to persevere and fight on concerning this.

Thanks for your support.

Ron, how I do really empathise with you in your situation. A good definition of the word 'empathy' is 'your pain in my heart'

Please try and keep occupied with genuine people whom care about you, as doing so can only contribute to your well being.

Keep us all posted here on how your progress Ron.

Best regards,
Linsky

Well I got the letter to the Tribunal. Did not postpone dealt with the case in my absence and suprise suprise rejewcted my appeal. This is notwithstanding all the medical evidence three lots of which were from the DWP medical service and helpful.

Needless to say I have already written to request written reasons for the decision. I am so fed up. I could kick myslef about the crew up with the hearings dates and my misunderstanding.

I have another Tribunal on 5th November whicxh relates to the present claim. I will boviously pursue that but in some ways that is less important.

My application for permission to appeal (out of time) is lsited before the Court of Appeal in November.

It seems sometimes that the whole system is just weighted against you!

I wish I could think of anything comforting to say. I have read your posts on this thread with mounting horror. It could be any of us in your position.

I hope your appeal on the 5th goes well.
