Thanks for your reply.
She called the J.C+ today and was told she can't get any further assistence from JC and they can't help her with her quiry;she has to talk to A4e people and do as they tell her,as she is their responsability...
I can't understand how JC advisers wash their hands from this.....
Any thoughts?

Hi ana
I have a WFI soon and was wondering do you know if your sister signed anything about attending the work programme. The reason i ask is because of the health conditions i have i am hoping not to have to sign for or attend any work programme.

Hi Mike
I'm sorry but if you're in WRAG,don't keep your hopes high.My sister has a cataloge of problems both physical and mental, and they still don't care.As I see it,everybody is being refered to W.P,regardless of what they suffer from.My sister was supposed to have her first meeting with the A4e people today, but was so unfit,I insisted she call them and postpone. She did and they gave her another day next week.I'll let you know of any signing she might be asked to do or whatever is going on.I wish you well and hope you deal with nice people there.

Hi Clearwater
My sister is on ESA IR.I am talking about the possibility of her being asked to sign any papers that might bind her to Work Program for two years. She didn't sign any at the JP+ when she had her first WFI and I wonder what's the next step.....

Hi - I hope this link is helpful as it seems people are not legally obliged to sign anything so don't let your sister be bullied. As long as she declines in a polite way according to the advice here they cannot do anything as far as I know.

www.consent.me.uk/

The other thing, if your sister had a prognosis that she would be work-ready within 3 months then they can mandate onto Work Programme but if not, then it should be voluntary
