OK, this discussion is going round in circles.

We have stated the requirement the DWP place on all ESA claimants to notify them of any overnight stay away from their normal address, members can follow the advice or ignore it at their own risk.

I am now locking this thread to posts.

I wasn't referring to a 'phone call as I personally don't allow the DWP to call me, I was in fact referring to contact by letter.

The DWP are strict on this and to reiterate on what Crazydiamond stated and myself, CD being a former DSS Adjudication Officer, and me a retired Welfare Rights Lawyer,
IB/ESA claimants must not leave home without leaving word where they can be found.

Apologies for the delay, and in a locked thread but I'm just back from a 5 day break.

Now retired, and no longer on IB, I didn't have to tell the DWP where I could be found ;)
