Each HCP pays for themselves by finding FFW claimants i.e. delays cost £m

Logic has become that potential JSA claimants claim ESA instead.

Delays are not Reform driven or saving money.

Dwp pushed too many IB transfers hoping to push them into UC.

Fix to delays is thus simple.

I am long term IB 20 yrs plus. I'm not sure if this matters when sorting out the claimants. I'm in no way FFW. It's the waiting that just adds more stress it's ridiculous. Thank you for your information it's much appreciated.

No Cal, the length of time that you have been on IB does not seem to have any effect on your migration to ESA.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems
