We’d really appreciate your views on how we’re doing at Benefits and Work.

We have created a short survey, just ten questions, which give you the chance to tell us what we’re doing well, what we could improve on and what we aren’t currently doing but you’d very much like us to.

So, if you’ve got a couple of minutes to spare, please complete the survey here.

Despite providing comprehensive evidence of ill health, I was given a 2.5 hour telephone assessment for PIP. The call ended owing to poor connectivity, and I've received no follow up.

I would rather I didn't need any kind of drugs, or support, and wish my life was a better place to be. It is what it is, and I'm stuck in this body.

I have no idea of the rates of PIP, or the likely outcome, and have no idea of whether or not to appeal.

In my limited experience, I'd describe the DWP call handlers as 'unintelligent' at best.
