Despite providing comprehensive evidence of ill health, I was given a 2.5 hour telephone assessment for PIP. The call ended owing to poor connectivity, and I've received no follow up.

I would rather I didn't need any kind of drugs, or support, and wish my life was a better place to be. It is what it is, and I'm stuck in this body.

I have no idea of the rates of PIP, or the likely outcome, and have no idea of whether or not to appeal.

In my limited experience, I'd describe the DWP call handlers as 'unintelligent' at best.
