It's on what Google now calls Spectrum Way which leads to Filament Walk - so you could be dropped off there and have about 20 yards of pedestrian zone to walk along - the entrance is on the right. Back in July there were no signs at all so my partner and advocate and I were totally lost until some nice locals asked if we were looking for the PIP centre and took us there, as they had to assist people daily. Bus stops 'King George's Park' on the 39 or 156 are a couple 100 metres away. Note Google and all other maps show this postcode as being on the other side of Buckhold Rd, next to the shopping centre! They were painting lines on Spectrum Way when I went so no idea about nearest legal parking, but the builders offered to let us park!
There is step free access including toilet, but there is an intercom you have to use to get in and not sure if a wheelchair user could reach. My assessment was on the ground floor - once in the building it's only a small waiting room with rather uncomfortable bolted-down chairs and a reception window. There was water provided but it was hot.
tl;dr - crap signage and directions, OK once there.
