I had my assessment and could not believe where the appointment was situated.
We used to be based in Bath Road which had parking facilities and very good disabled access etc.
This building which is now based in Douglas Road, off Hounslow High Street, Has no parking, Double yellow lines outside the building, Heavy doors to enter the building and a very small lift to take you to your appointment on the first floor.
I did not use the toilets so I can not comment but I was very shocked at the lack of disabled friendly and non parking facilities, for a disabled means appointment.
Really have lowered the facilities and disabled friendly amenities.
Good luck to anyone who struggles to walk long distance as there is no where to park close by.
