Across the road from a multi storey car park.
5 minute walk (normal walking pace) from the central station.
Drop off point outside of centre
Very clean and quiet
Friendly reception
Long wait as the assessor had called in sick but we waited to be seen by another assessor
Coffee available in hotel opposite the centre
All on one level
Was overall pleasantly surprised as was expecting it to be awful

Thanks for above comments, I've just rung the centre to ask about lifts and where the assessment will be, as the letter just says 'step free access' to centre and ground floor loos - she told me they are sometimes on the 1st floor but there's a lift - didn't mention it's a manual controlled one! I have experience with these but it could phase someone who hasn't.

Just had awful experience.wait ed 40 minutes past appointment time, was emotionally distressed. My mother approached reception as no one told us of delay as per Atos guidelines. There are no disability parking bays. The chairs are normal low chairs. A customer pointed this out and was told that the staff had brought to attention of relevant person but nothing changed.
I was in the building a total of 2 hours and my assessor was very abrupt and well, awful quite frankly. There were toilet facilities and a cold water machine. Situated at back of waiting area. I will be placing a complaint as the reason for delay was put down to assessor "reading my documents". MP will be hearing about this.

I had the misfortune to visit earlier this year and my medical was in a room on the first floor. There is a manually controlled lift which scared the life out of me before the 'proper' assessment even began.

Nearest bus stop outside of the oval are which is St James Gate, but there are only a few buses that stop there.
6 Parking spaces on the road outside of the oval, no parking inside unless you get a permit from the reception area inside the centre, even if a blue badge is displayed a permit is still required.
Across the paved are to the door is around 10m. The facilities are all on the ground floor and are fully accessible.
